This was the 2nd reunion for me and I thought it was great. Cannot wait till next year.

I agree with Dave - it was great and thanks largely to last year's Reunion Chairman, Ron Bottger. Ron was unable to make it, but he laid the groundwork for a great reunion.
For those of you who have never been to a reunion, you're really missing out on a Class A vacation. Even though there were no shipmates at this reunion who served aboard while I was on King, it didn't matter in the least. I've become good friends with these guys and look forward to the next reunion!!

What a great reunion it was in San Diego. It is too bad that not more shipmates showed up to participate, but with the cost of gas these days, it is understandable. My hat is off to everyone in the King Association that made this reunion successful.
