NEW MENU SYSTEM

I have been looking at ways to bring the website into the 21st century and I have been working on a menu system that is a little more up to date, maybe in fact ahead of the pack. The menu is free floating. In other words you can move your mouse over the top bar so the cross arrows show then you can drag it to any position on your screen, then release it with another mouse click or you can leave right where it is. Also it will follow you down the page as you scroll down what you are reading. Basically all webpages are 800 pixels wide by whatever length with a header and footer included in each. This will replace the header. I can make the menu fixed in place or like I have set it up as movable. It is written in JAVA and makes for a nice look and feel. If causes problems for some let me know. Also the new menu hase reduced the size of the webpage by over 5,000 bytes.
